Sam always checks in with me after I order to see how I like my new set. I ask for changes to design occasionally and she always pulls through. I love noho because the designs are up to date with trends, really great size and feel on the nail and LAST.
Even as a new customer (had to size nails before first order) the nails came super quick and Sam was amazing with communication before and after I received them. The nails themselves are super high quality and look amazing on.
They are thick like a gel manicure. Honestly thicker than I am used to. I mentioned this to Sam after the purchase as an aside, and she said she can adjust next time. Amazing.
