Even as a new customer (had to size nails before first order) the nails came super quick and Sam was amazing with communication before and after I received them. The nails themselves are super high quality and look amazing on.
They are thick like a gel manicure. Honestly thicker than I am used to. I mentioned this to Sam after the purchase as an aside, and she said she can adjust next time. Amazing.
Overall, very impressed with the nails and with the service. Have recommended to friends already.

I tried NOHO because I was sick of plastic nails from Walmart, but didn't want to commit to a nail salon. If you want trendy nails to wear more than once, you've found them! Giving them your nail measurements truly does make the nails look and feel like your nails. They last about two weeks (the Luxe prep kit nail glue is STRONG). Customer service is kind, accomodating, and responsive. Totally worth every dollar!
