Sam always checks in with me after I order to see how I like my new set. I ask for changes to design occasionally and she always pulls through. I love noho because the designs are up to date with trends, really great size and feel on the nail and LAST.

Even as a new customer (had to size nails before first order) the nails came super quick and Sam was amazing with communication before and after I received them. The nails themselves are super high quality and look amazing on.
They are thick like a gel manicure. Honestly thicker than I am used to. I mentioned this to Sam after the purchase as an aside, and she said she can adjust next time. Amazing.
Overall, very impressed with the nails and with the service. Have recommended to friends already.

I’ve had such a good experience with Nohos in terms of communication!!! I order from a lottttt of online press on companies and never had anyone follow up to make sure sizing was correct and to check in on my order. On top of that the nails are super cute and they are very durable! Some of the better quality I’ve received. I opted out of the sizing kit that was recommended and had 2 nails replaced for a different size and everything was so easy to request different sizes for specific nails!! Thank you
